4. Customer service

For any question, complaint or request about your data: contact@inviteto.fr, phone 01 59 17 59 26 or the contact form. We generally reply within 24 working hours, and within 7 days at most for a complaint.

5. Intellectual property

The InviteTo brand, logo, website structure, texts, designs, ornaments, animated openings and InviteTo music are the exclusive property of TOVA and protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without TOVA's prior written consent is prohibited.

Mood photographs come from the Pixabay image library and are used in accordance with its content licence. Fonts are used under the free SIL Open Font License and hosted on our own servers.

Texts, photos, logos and music provided by our customers remain their property: TOVA uses them only to produce the invitation ordered, and never for any other purpose (advertising, examples, portfolio) without their written consent.

6. Liability and links

TOVA takes care to ensure the accuracy of published information and the availability of the website, without being able to guarantee uninterrupted service, particularly during maintenance. Links to third-party sites (maps, payment, social networks) are provided for your convenience; TOVA has no control over their content.

7. Personal data

TOVA processes your data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. All the information (data collected, purposes, recipients, retention periods, rights) is set out in our privacy policy. We never sell or rent any data.

8. Data retention and automatic deletion

Our servers delete data automatically, without human intervention, at the following times:

• Guest list and replies: 30 days after the event date;
• Photos, logos and music provided for the invitation: 3 months after the event date, when the invitation link also stops working;
• Customer data (name, contact details, order details): 3 years after the event date (or after the order if it was not paid);
• Messages sent through the contact form: 3 years;
• Technical log of emails sent: 1 year.

Only invoices are kept for 10 years, as required by the French Commercial Code (Article L123-22). You may request early deletion of your data and your guests' data at any time by writing to contact@inviteto.fr.

9. Cookies

This website uses no cookies (neither advertising nor analytics), no third-party tracking tools and no social network trackers. It carries out internal, cookie-free audience measurement: our server counts page views as daily totals, without recording IP addresses, as described in our privacy policy. This measurement is exempt from consent (French data protection authority CNIL guidelines), so no banner is displayed. Only strictly necessary elements are used (your invitation draft kept on your device, administration login), in accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act.

10. Mediation and governing law

In the event of a dispute, consumer customers may use a consumer mediator free of charge, under the conditions set out in our terms and conditions of sale. This website and this notice are governed by French law.
